Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We supply StillDragon equipment to customers across Australia, New Zealand, and selected international locations.
StillDragon is a global network, and if you're located outside our region, you may be better served by one of the other official StillDragon suppliers:

For customers within our region, we’re here to help with supply, advice, and ongoing support.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days of receipt of payment.
Some items (especially custom or large equipment) may take a little longer - we’ll always let you know if that’s the case.
Delivery Timeframes
We’re based outside major Australia Post express zones, so delivery times may be a little longer than metro-based businesses.
As a general guide:
- Australia: Typically 5 business days
- Regional Areas: Can take longer
- New Zealand: Up to 10 business days
Please note these are estimates only - once your order leaves us, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Large & Custom Orders
Some larger systems or custom builds may:
- ship directly from the manufacturer, or
- arrive in multiple shipments
This helps keep freight costs down and get your order to you as efficiently as possible.
If Something Goes Wrong
We take a lot of care packing and sending orders, but if something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it out.
If your order:
- hasn’t arrived
- arrives damaged
- is missing items please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to fix the issue.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we’ll provide a repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping Insurance
we can arrange additional shipping insurance for extra peace of mind, but this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery Details
Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
We can’t take responsibility for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Authority to Leave
If you request delivery without a signature, the parcel will be considered delivered once left at the address provided.
